Watch the short video, then choose a time to see SessionGlance in action. In the walkthrough, we’ll show how a typical online therapy session becomes four clinician-editable documents: After Visit Summary, Assessment Report, Progress Note, and Assessment Note.
SessionGlance is built for therapists who want more than an AI scribe: it helps capture the clinical assessment work already happening in therapy and organize it into client-facing, clinician-reviewed, reimbursement-aware documentation.
SessionGlance helps clinicians organize the clinical work already happening in therapy into structured, useful documentation.
We’re not another AI scribe.
Scribes turn talk into a transcript. SessionGlance organizes the clinical work inside therapy: symptom monitoring, functional evaluation, formulation, treatment planning, After Visit Summary, and psychological assessment documentation.
After Visit Summary
Clients receive structured After Visit Summaries between sessions, helping them reflect, stay engaged, and arrive more prepared.
Draft assessment report
Clinicians receive editable assessment documentation designed to support CPT 96130 workflows when appropriate.
Clinical documentation
SessionGlance also produces progress-note and assessment-note style outputs to help capture context, decision-making, and the clinical process.

SessionGlance was created by psychologists who saw the same problem from complementary angles: therapy is rich with assessment and treatment-planning value, but existing workflows often fail to capture it clearly or compensate it adequately.

A statement from the founders
We built SessionGlance because clinicians are doing more than most systems recognize. In every therapy session, clinicians are listening, evaluating, integrating data, tracking functioning, forming hypotheses, adjusting treatment, and helping clients make meaning from complex emotional experience.
Our goal is to help clinicians see that work more clearly, communicate it more effectively, and be compensated closer to the value they bring to clients, practices, and the broader healthcare system.
